LM was on foot in a public car park when she was injured by a careless driver. Having parked her car she went to pay the parking charge at the ticket machine. While using the machine a driver reversing out of a parking place into her, knocking her to the ground. A hospital visit was needed to treat the injuries she sustained to her shoulder and knee.
