CG was injured while travelling on a public bus. The bus driver was made to brake sharply to avoid hitting a car that had pulled out in front. This sudden braking caused CG to be thrown from her seat. The resulting fall caused bruising to her side. Upon completion of her compensation claim she had this to say:
