Pedestrian Injured By Careless Driver

LM was on foot in a public car park when she was injured by a careless driver. Having parked her car she went to pay the parking charge at the ticket machine. While using the machine a driver reversing out of a parking place into her, knocking her to the ground. A hospital visit was needed to treat the injuries she sustained to her shoulder and knee. Employee slips on produce at Supermarket

LD worked for a supermarket and was injured at work. While going out for a break she passed through the stock room where someone had dropped a yoghurt and failed to clean it up. Motorist Injured In Side On Impact

Worker Injured By Poorly Calibrated Machine

Public transport injury claim successful

CG was injured while travelling on a public bus. The bus driver was made to brake sharply to avoid hitting a car that had pulled out in front.
